The hotel location is EXCELLENT! It is within walking distance of most attractions. The staff were helpful too. The breakfast was lovely. Dinner was also good.
The room was very cold. SO cold it woke me up a couple of times. Playing with air con and temp control didn't make a difference.

The hotel location suited me well. It was near attractions. My room included complimentary tea and coffee. I enjoyed the availability of Sky channels on the television.
The bedroom floor felt noisy. The wooden floor could have used some work. My bathroom felt tiny. It lacked much room to move around. Coffee tasted not good at all.

the cooked breakfast was from a menu.
I found one member of staff very disrespectful, not just to me, but to others in the check-in queue. This person was rude to guests asking about early check-in, and it negatively impacted my view of the hotel, despite the hotel being nice and clean.

The hotel had a nice rainfall shower with great shower cream. The breakfast had lots of choice and tasty food. I ordered my hot breakfast and it was freshly prepared. It was a delicious experience.
The room was far too hot and the air-conditioning didn't work very well.
